I think that there should be more stuff for children to go and see or do especialy for ages 8-12.
    More plays and drama/craft sessions.

Hi there pleased to tell you that the Pump Room Art & Craft Exhibition, opposite the Crescent has a free drop in Children's Art & Craft Workshop on Saturday 22nd July for all ages. We'll be offering silk painting, clay work, print making, paint & collage with the theme of "Under the Sea". Just bring an adult with you!

It was a shame you missed the Robin Hood re-told. Some genuine family entertainment that could be enjoyed by adults and children. There are little gems out there, but maybe not very well signposted as being good for children. It can be difficult I guess for a show to decide whether to put itself inthe 'drama' or 'young persons' category - as it won't want to exclude adults (without kids to take along), which could happen if put in the second category

We used to be cross referenced in the programme for this but were told this year that due to lack of funds we were not to be provided with this facility
